The Endoscopy RN at Decatur Memorial Hospital is part of a tight-knit collaborative team, working in the outpatient Endoscopy Center as well as the Endoscopy unit at the hospital. The Endoscopy RN is responsible for patient care before, during, and after procedures. In collaboration with MBH Senior Leadership and the Psychiatric Medical Director work to shape, expand, and transform existing crisis care programs into a robust Crisis System of Care that is inclusive, welcoming, and culturally and trauma informed.    Responsible for all aspects of development of the crisis system of care for MBH coverage area. This includes, but is not limited to, developing the service continuum, policy and procedure, data collection and maintaining a local governance structure to support the Crisis System of Care.   Responsible for the development and coordination of community collaboration activities and partnerships, as well as required marketing tools in conjunction with MHS Marketing and Communications members related to the Crisis System of Care Initiative.
