The Memorial Health Administrative Fellowship is a 12-month postgraduate leadership development program designed to provide emerging healthcare leaders with unparalleled exposure to executive decision-making, strategic operations, and health system leadership. Working closely with the President and Chief Executive Officer, senior executives, and leaders across the organization, the Fellow serves as a trusted contributor on high-priority initiatives that shape the future of Memorial Health. Through project-based work spanning hospital operations, strategy, finance, physician partnerships, workforce development, and organizational transformation, the Fellow gains enterprise-wide experience while leading meaningful projects with measurable impact. This immersive experience offers direct access to executive leadership, broad visibility across the health system, and the opportunity to influence decisions that affect patients, caregivers, and communities throughout Memorial Health.
