The Director of Marketing & Brand provides strategic leadership for Memorial Health’s enterprise-wide marketing and brand functions, including marketing strategy, advertising, creative and multimedia services, digital marketing, analytics and insights, and brand management. This role is responsible for developing and executing integrated marketing strategies that drive volume growth, strengthen brand reputation, and advance the organization’s business objectives, mission, vision, and strategic priorities.
Working collaboratively with the Director of Internal & External Communications and leaders across the health system, the Director oversees the development and implementation of enterprise-wide marketing plans that align with organizational goals, support service line growth, enhance patient and consumer engagement, and reinforce Memorial Health’s market position.
The Director serves as a key steward of the Memorial Health brand and a trusted marketing advisor to senior leadership, ensuring all marketing efforts reflect the organization’s standards of excellence and core values of Safety, Integrity, Quality, and Stewardship.
