As the Manager of Colleague Health Services, you’ll lead programs that keep our workforce healthy, safe, and supported—physically, mentally, and emotionally. You’ll shape initiatives around wellness, stress management, infection prevention, and return-to-work processes while ensuring compliance with occupational health standards. This is a hands-on leadership role where your work directly impacts colleagues across the organization.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead colleague health programs, including immunizations, screenings, and exposure management.
  • Design and deliver wellness initiatives focused on stress management, resilience, and work-life balance.
  • Manage return-to-work processes and “fitness-for-duty” assessments.
  • Collaborate with leaders, HR, and safety teams to support a culture of health, engagement, and psychological safety.
  • Oversee daily operations of the colleague health team, including training, development, and resource management.
  • Use data to identify trends, improve programs, and ensure compliance with regulations.
  • Partner with leaders to manage Employee Assistance Programs and workplace safety efforts.

Who You Are

  • A registered nurse (RN) with 5 years of experience in occupational health, employee health, or wellness program management.
  • Experienced leading teams or projects, with a passion for mentoring and developing others.
  • Skilled in communication, problem-solving, and balancing compliance with a people-first approach.
  • Comfortable handling sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Driven to make a tangible impact on colleagues’ well-being and workplace culture.

Qualifications

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in nursing, Public Health, Health Administration, or related field required.

Licensure/Certification/Registry:

  • Registered Nurse with current Illinois license required.
  • Professional certification in human resources, occupational health or wellness preferred.

Experience:

  • Minimum of five (5) years of experience demonstrating knowledge of employee health, occupational health, and/or wellness program management.  Previous experience in a health care setting is preferred.
  • Previous supervisory experience preferred but not required.
