The Speech Pathologist is responsible and accountable for providing examinations, evaluations, therapy diagnosis, interventions, and prognosis in accordance with established hospital and departmental policies and procedures. Emphasis on managing daily clinical caseload efficiently, including effective treatment, and appropriate documentation and billing practices. Participate in performance improvement and program development activities in accordance with departmental goals and objectives.

Education and/or Other Requirements:
Master’s degree in Speech and Language Pathology. Licensed or license pending in the State of Illinois without previous disciplinary action in Illinois or any other state, and Certified Clinical Competence Achieved. New graduates with clinical competence accepted. Current CPR card.
