Manages staff and all aspects of Memorial Health System’s benefit program, including all qualified and non-qualified plans and health & welfare benefits. Plans, develops, implements new and revised benefit programs while maintaining all existing programs, policies and procedures ensuring a competitive benefit program and supporting the strategic goals of the organization. Administers absence management program and policies. Assures benefit and leave management programs are consistently administered in compliance with organization policies and government regulations.
