Maintain current and up to date protocols for all forms of Diagnostic imaging. Coordinate and provide technological education/training to all staff and students in the Diagnostic department. Evaluate staff and student competencies. Maintain constant open dialogue with Diagnostic Radiologist section leaders. Ameliorate oneself in educational and technological ability relative to present technology and future enhancement of Diagnostic. Education:
Graduate of an accredited Radiography program
Licensure/Certification/Registry:
ARRT certification in Diagnostic Imaging.
Maintain BLS CPR Certification.
Experience:
Five (5) years experience as a Radiologic Technologist with documented skill advancement in the workplace.
Other Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:
Excellent interpersonal, educational and guest relations skills required.
Demonstrated ability to write and maintain Diagnostic imaging protocols.
Adaptability to ongoing technological changes.
