Position Summary:
The Epic Analyst I is responsible for assisting in the implementation, configuration, and basic support of Epic applications across various modules, such as Revenue Cycle, Inpatient, Ambulatory, Procedural, and Ancillary. This role collaborates with clinical and operational teams to learn business workflows, troubleshoot basic issues, and support end-user training.
Educational:
Bachelor’s degree in health informatics, Information Systems, Clinical Healthcare, or a related field is preferred.
