Under the direction and supervision of the Payroll Manger, maintain and process Memorial Health System biweekly affiliate payrolls. Ensure that all affiliate employees are paid accurately through the Workforce Management system (API). Keep current with all payroll rules and regulations. Education: · Associates Degree in Accounting or Finance or 3-5 years work experience in an Accounting/Finance area. |
Licensure/Certification/Registry: · |
Experience: · Minimum two years payroll experience preferred. · 1-2 years work experience is preferred relating to garnishment, levy and student loan processing. |
Other Knowledge/Skills/Abilities: · Must be proficient with calculator and must have light typing skills. · Must possess a working knowledge of Microsoft Windows applications. · Must possess a high degree of organizational skills. · Must possess high degree of analytical skills. · Must possess excellent communication and human relations skills. · Must have ability to understand the government rules and regulations. |
