The Critical Care Clinical Pharmacist provides comprehensive pharmaceutical care to patients within intensive care units. Serves as an integral member of a multi-disciplinary, patient care team for cardiac, medical, neuro, surgical or traumatic critical care. Clinical Pharmacists monitor therapies for each patient on their teams/units and collaborate with other healthcare providers to promote and improve the use of safe, effective and evidence based medications through evaluation of all aspects of patient care.
