Possess expertise with respiratory therapy equipment and patient needs, based on their qualifications that meet insurance requirements. Responsible for all areas of the Sleep Therapy resupply program and troubleshooting remotely or in-person the mechanical operation of Respiratory equipment to the customer, family and caregivers. Making accurate pressure adjustments remotely or in-person as directed by physicians, as well as software downloads from sleep-related respiratory equipment. Requires clear and concise instruction to our patients on Respiratory equipment along with arranging over-night pulse oximeter testing and instructing.
Education:
Must possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
Experience:
Home care experience with medical equipment is preferred.
